THE UDA-US SOCCER ACADEMY at NMSU
BE BOLD. SHAPE THE FUTURE.
The UDA-US Academy follows the success and demand of the UDA-UK Academy program located in Chester, England.
UDA at NMSU provides a fully integrated student experience; academically, athletically, socially and culturally.
The creation of the US Academy broadens the pathways and opportunities for students within the UDA program. Now, student-athletes and families have a wider choice to suit their career aspirations in the classroom and on the field.
“Changing Lives Through Education”.
UDA views education beyond degree credentials, considering wider social and cultural constructs of travel, exposure, and opportunities, through the vehicle of soccer.
Education is the total of the lived experiences of students within our UDA program as they reach their full potential in the classroom and on the field.
YOUR GOALS BECOME OUR GOALS

The campus is in close proximity to beautiful mountain ranges and offers fantastic year round weather - perfect for soccer development and the great outdoor life.
YEAR ROUND TRAINING AND PLAYING
The UDA-US academy mirrors the top European academies for player development - the schedule of games to training ratio is designed for optimal player development.
The focus is on true player development during the critical years of 18-21 rather than the number of wins in a season.
FULLY INTEGRATED UNIVERSITY EXPERIENCE
UDA recognizes the importance of a fully integrated University experience across academic, soccer, social and cultural platforms.
UDA employs a Student Support Officer to make sure all players are connected at all levels to be fully engaged in the life of the University for optimal achievement in the classroom and on the field.
